How do i get over my fear of public speaking?

So, tommorow in ELA, I have to go to the front of the room and give a speech. I am so nervous because when i do public speaking i start to studder, my heart beats very fast and i start shaking a little. I just get very nervous. I dont no why but can someone please give me advice that REALLY works and asap.
