I’m in a public speaking class, and need to know 4 of the Ethics of Ethos.
(Ethos=credibility)

HELP!!!!

I will be an older student in 50′s returning to college. There will be presentations that I will need to do in front of my classmates and professors.

I am pretty self conscious about my age, and I already have a fear of speaking in public. I am afraid I will shake like a tree in a hurricane and lose my leafs….any ideas to help?

OK, its not really public speaking, just a presentation in front of my one of my classes. The problem is I’m usually extremely nervous about such things. Last time I had to present in front of the class I almost had a panic attack. Its not like me, usually Im cool and laid back. Any tips (Other than picturing people naked?)
