How can i improve my social and public speaking techniques?

i previously aksed a question about majoring in business in college (im a sophomore in highschool), and one of the answeres said:
“Business induces a lot of communication skills, public speaking skills and detail oriented dynamics; and again, it depends what in business you want to pursue. In high school you should be good in english, math and any specific classes that are relevant to what i listed.”

How can i go about this? I am not that bad at talking but i am not much of a talker who spreads his opinions to everyone.
